Returns processing with photo reports
Your customers' returns come to our warehouse in Nordhorn. We inspect and photograph every return within 24 hours, send you the data and put sellable items back on the shelf. You decide what happens to the rest.

How does a return work?
- The return arrivesThe buyer sends the parcel to the Treeberg warehouse in Nordhorn.
- Inspected and photographedWe photograph the item and the box and record the weight, the size and the date of the return.
- The data goes to youPhotos and data appear in the THub portal right away or come by Telegram.
- Back on the shelfSellable items go back into stock and can be sold again straight away.
What is in the photo report?
- Photos of the item as it came back.
- A photo of the box.
- The weight and size of the parcel.
- The date of the return and the order it belongs to.
You see what came back and in what condition without being at the warehouse, and decide on that basis: back on sale, set aside or dispose of.

Where do you see your returns?
In the THub portal every return has its card: the photos, the weight and size, the condition and what happens to the item. We send the same data by Telegram if you like. The demo on the THub page shows how it looks.
Returns and shipping from one warehouse
The item comes back to where it was shipped from. Sellable items are back in stock, and the next order can be picked from the same shelf. The cycle closes: the return becomes stock on the shelf again.
Frequently asked questions
Is every return photographed?
Yes. We inspect and photograph every return: the item as it came back and the box. We also record the weight, the size and the date of the return.
How fast is a return processed?
Within 24 hours of the parcel arriving at the warehouse.
What happens to items that can no longer be sold?
You decide. Sellable items go back into stock; the rest we set aside or dispose of, as you say.

In the THub portal, under returns, or by Telegram.
What does processing a return cost?
3,00 € per return, the photo 0,40 €. Inspection and sorting cost 1,50 € per item. All prices exclude VAT.
