The website is hosted on a server of Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (AWS), 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, in the Frankfurt am Main data centre, Germany. AWS is a processor under Art. 28 GDPR.

When you visit the website, the server automatically records in log files: the IP address, date and time of access, the name and URL of the requested file, the referring website, the browser and the operating system.

If you send us a request through the form, your details – name, contact and message – are stored to handle the request and possible follow-up questions. We do not pass these data to third parties without your consent.

We use Umami Analytics – open-source web analytics hosted on our own server in Germany (stats.treeberg.de). No cookies are set, no personal data is passed to third parties and no IP addresses are stored. All statistics stay on our server.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. No consent is needed, as no personal data is processed.

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to understand how our website is used – for example, which pages are viewed and through which channels visitors reach us. Google Analytics is loaded only after you agree to the “Statistics” category in the cookie banner. Without your consent no data is sent to Google.

Pseudonymous usage data is processed: pages viewed and time spent on them, scroll depth, clicks on external links, downloads, submission of the request form (without its content), device, browser, operating system, screen resolution and approximate location (country, region, city). According to Google, IP addresses of users in the EU are used only to determine the approximate location and are then discarded immediately; they are not stored. Google Signals and the collection of user data such as email addresses are switched off.

Google processes the data as a processor under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Our Google Analytics account is linked to our Google Ads account: if you have also agreed to the “Marketing” category, measurement data may be used for conversion measurement and audiences in Google Ads.

With your consent we use Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland) to show advertising and measure conversions through the Google Tag. We use Google Consent Mode v2 – tracking is switched on only after your explicit consent. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

To show the map of our warehouse we use Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland). When the map loads, your IP address is transmitted to Google. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

The website uses cookies. We distinguish technically necessary and optional ones: the former are needed to run the website (for example to remember your choice in the banner), the latter are set only after your explicit consent.

We use a private internal application called Marketing Tool to review the performance of our own marketing channels. The application is not public: it runs on a computer owned by the company and is used only by its owner.

• Access: read-only, to Google services owned by Treeberg GmbH, including Google Search Console, Google Ads and YouTube. It reads aggregated figures only, such as impressions, clicks, views and advertising spend. The application does not read, create or change content and does not access customer personal data.
• Use: only to see which marketing channels bring visitors and orders.
• Storage: on a computer owned by the company.
• Sharing: the data is not sold, shared or transferred to third parties.

Marketing Tool's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
