Marketing Tool

Marketing Tool is an application of Treeberg GmbH. It collects the statistics of the company's own marketing channels and shows them in one place.

What Marketing Tool does

Marketing Tool reads statistics from accounts owned by Treeberg GmbH and its brands (Google Search Console, Google Ads, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram) and shows them in one dashboard, so the company can see where visitors and orders come from.

Why it asks for access to Google data

To show these statistics, Marketing Tool asks for read-only access to the Google account of Treeberg GmbH: Google Search Console, Google Ads and YouTube. It reads aggregated statistics only: impressions, clicks, views, advertising spend and similar numbers. It does not read, create or change content, and it does not access customer personal data.

How the data is used

The numbers are stored on a computer owned by the company and are used only to understand which marketing channels work. They are not sold, shared or transferred to anyone.

Marketing Tool's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who uses it

Marketing Tool is an internal tool of Treeberg GmbH. It is used within the company, by its owner, on a computer owned by the company.
