RithumLIVE 2026: Rithum previews two layers for agentic commerce
At RithumLIVE in London on 30 September 2026, Rithum previewed Rithum Commerce for faster channel launches and RithumIQ for sales recommendations. Its advice to brands: give AI shopping agents product data they can verify.
Commerce and Intelligence: what Rithum showed in London
On 30 September 2026, at its RithumLIVE event in London, commerce software provider Rithum previewed two products: Rithum Commerce and RithumIQ. According to the trade site ChannelX, Chief Product Officer Mausam Bhatt presented the platform in the opening plenary as two orchestration layers, Commerce and Intelligence.
Rithum Commerce is the commerce layer. Its catalog engine, Harmonizer, converts product data into whatever format a marketplace, dropship programme or AI agent requires. Rithum says a new channel takes under eight hours of work instead of about 40, and pilot brands had 94% of their products ready to list within a day. RithumIQ is the intelligence layer. Drawing on signals from more than $55bn in annual GMV across Rithum’s network, it recommends what to sell, at what price and how to position it. The brand approves each recommendation before it goes live.
What agentic commerce means for sellers
In agentic commerce, the shopper hands the task to an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Perplexity, which finds products, compares them and, more and more often, places the order itself. Rithum wrote in June 2026 that these agents verify availability, prices, delivery promises and reviews using structured data and leave out products they cannot confirm. This applies to own shops, marketplaces and social platforms alike. Access is limited for now: an invitation-only Founders Program starts with TikTok Shop, Target Plus and Walmart Marketplace, and brands and retailers in Europe can join a waitlist for 2027.
What to do now
Sellers can start before Rithum’s tools reach Europe. Fill in every product attribute and keep prices, stock levels and delivery information identical across channels. Send structured product feeds rather than leaving AI crawlers to piece together your pages, and track how your products appear in AI answers.
Accurate stock and dispatch data start in the warehouse. At TREEBERG in Nordhorn, 98% of orders leave within 24 hours, and orders, stock, shipments and returns are visible in the THub dashboard. TREEBERG works with Shopify, Amazon, Etsy and WooCommerce; other platforms connect via CSV or API.
