How do customers use the product?

Customers assemble the puppet themselves or with their children, share it on social media, decorate their workspace with it, or keep it as a souvenir – staying connected with your brand in the process.

What is included in the set?

The set includes a transport packaging (1), which can be immediately used for events and presentations, a branded C6 envelope (2), and inside, there are at least 12 movable puppet parts (3) along with fastening elements (4) for easy assembly.

How does the design process work?

We analyze your brand, develop a character with three design options, or refine your idea. Then, we design the branded envelope and packaging. After your approval and any necessary adjustments, we begin production.

3. How does the design process work?

We analyze your brand's style and values and provide you with three design options to choose from (or refine your idea). Then, we design the packaging (envelope and, if needed, a box). After your final approval, we proceed with production.

4. What characters or designs are possible? Are there any limitations?

There are no strict limitations. We can create any type of figure (humans, animals, fruits, vegetables, objects, fantasy creatures, etc.). The key is that the design aligns with your company, is unique, and does not violate copyright laws. We do not create figures with offensive, discriminatory, or sensitive content.

5. What materials are the puppets made of?

The puppets are made from high-quality, ultra-white paper. Each figure is laminated after printing to make it more durable, and then precisely cut. It consists of several movable parts that are easily assembled with brass brads. No additional tools are required for assembly.

6. What can Puppet be used for, and what benefits does it bring?

Puppet can be used for corporate events, trade shows, as branded gifts for clients and partners, in promotions, on social media, or simply as a unique advertising tool.

7. What sizes are available for the puppets?

The standard size is approximately 17 cm when assembled. The dimensions can be customized upon request.

8. What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 100 sets per design. A test sample can be discussed individually.

9. How much does production cost, and is the price dependent on quantity?

Yes, the packaging will be fully customized to your company's corporate design – including your logo, company colors, and other design elements.

11. How long does production and delivery take?

The production time is 14–20 days after final design approval and payment receipt. Delivery within Germany takes an additional 2–4 days.

12. Are there discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, discounts are discussed individually for orders of 1000 sets or more.

13. What are the payment and delivery terms?

We work with advance payment:

50% deposit after design approval

50% final payment before shipment

Delivery within Germany and the EU takes 2–4 business days and is calculated individually based on the order quantity and delivery address.

14. Can I receive a sample before placing a large order?

Yes, a sample can be ordered. The costs and delivery times will be discussed individually.

15. Where are the Puppet figures manufactured?

The production takes place in Germany, following high-quality standards.

16. What quality and safety guarantees are provided?

We use high-quality digital or six-color printing for detailed and vibrant designs. The figures are then laminated and cut using high-precision machines.

17. How quickly can a reorder or customization be made?

Additional orders also take 14–20 days, but if the design has already been approved, the process can be expedited.

18. Can existing characters be used as a template?

Yes, we can either implement existing designs or create new characters from scratch.

19. What file formats are required for the design?

Preferred formats are SVG, AI, PDF, and EPS. If only raster graphics (PNG, JPG) are available, we can adjust them, but this may affect the production time.

20. Do you offer design services if there is no existing idea?

Yes, we can design characters for you. This includes three concept options for you to choose from.

21. How are the sets packaged for shipping?

Each set is packaged in a branded envelope and then placed in sturdy shipping boxes.

Yes, they are suitable for retail – with appropriate packaging and display options.

23. Can the design be changed during the order process?

Changes can be made until the final design approval. After that, no changes are possible.

24. What payment methods are available for international customers?

We accept SEPA transfer and PayPal. Other options are available upon request.

Yes, we guarantee the print and workmanship quality. Defective sets will be replaced.
