What services are included in Treeberg’s fulfillment?

Treeberg offers a complete fulfillment cycle: receiving and storing goods, order picking and packing, labeling, shipping, returns handling, and documentation support.
We also provide additional services such as photo and video documentation, branded packaging, and document preparation.

Which CMS and platforms do you support?

We work with most CMS and marketplaces. Integration is possible via Shopify, WooCommerce, API, CSV files, or manual input — we adapt to your processes.

How are orders transferred into the system?

Orders can be transferred via automatic integration (e.g., Shopify), API, CSV file upload, or manual entry through the client dashboard.
We’ll help you choose the most convenient option.

How quickly are orders processed?

  • Orders received before 11:00 are processed and handed over to the carrier the same day
  • Orders received after 11:00 are processed the next business day
  • Returns are processed within 24 hours of receipt
  • Pallet assembly takes up to 48 hours depending on volume
    Custom processing schedules are also available by agreement.

How is the cost of fulfillment calculated?

Pricing is calculated individually based on order volumes, product characteristics, parcel weight, and selected services.
We offer an online calculator for rough estimates, and we can provide a personalized quote for your business.

Is there a minimum number of orders?

We do not have a strict minimum, but we recommend at least 50 orders per month for optimal pricing.
We’re open to working with smaller volumes — especially for startups or pilot projects.

Can I test fulfillment before starting full cooperation?

Yes, you can test our service with a small batch.
We offer a trial period during which you can evaluate our processing speed, packaging quality, and service level.
After that, you can decide whether to continue.

How does shipping work? Do you use your own rates?

We have direct partnerships with DHL and GLS, which allow us to offer competitive rates and priority handling.
You can use our shipping conditions or send orders using your own shipping labels — the choice is yours.

Who handles returns and customer support?

Treeberg receives returns at our warehouse, inspects the products, and provides a detailed report to the client.
Returns are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
Customer support (communication with end customers) remains on the brand’s side. If needed, we can provide photos or videos of returned items.

What additional services do you offer (packaging, labeling, etc.)?

Depending on your needs, we offer:

  • Packaging in custom or branded boxes
  • Labeling and barcode application
  • Photo and video documentation
  • Printing and inserting instructions, stickers, marketing materials
  • Preparing transport or export documents
  • Protective packaging materials (bubble wrap, filler, etc.)

Where is your warehouse located?

Our warehouse and office are located in Germany at:
Hüsemanns Esch 4, 48531 Nordhorn — close to the Dutch border.
It’s a convenient logistics hub for shipping throughout Europe.

What kind of storage conditions do you offer?

We provide pallet-based storage in a clean, dry, and secure facility.
All goods are accepted with proper documentation and stored in a way that supports efficient order picking.
If required, we use the FIFO principle. Photo documentation and zone tracking are also available.

How is storage cost calculated?

Storage is calculated based on the number of pallets and is fixed at €20 per pallet per month*, regardless of weight or rotation.
This simple pricing makes cost planning easy and predictable.

Can you store oversized goods or non-standard pallets?

Yes, we accept oversized goods and non-standard pallets.
Storage conditions and pricing are discussed individually based on the size, weight, and packaging requirements.

What information do you need to get started?

To begin working with us, we’ll need:

  1. Product information (assortment, dimensions, weight, packaging type)
  2. Sample orders (CSV file or your preferred format)
  3. Contact details of your responsible person
  4. Estimated monthly volumes
  5. Information about your CMS or sales platform (if integration is required)
    Once we receive this data, we can provide pricing and move forward.

How is integration with Shopify or other platforms done?

Integration can be done via:

  • Direct connection to Shopify or WooCommerce
  • Manual order upload using CSV
  • API or no-code platforms such as Make or Zapier
    We’ll help you choose the right solution and assist with setup.

What documents do you provide with each shipment?

We provide standard documents: invoice, packing list, tracking number.
Upon request, we can include certificates or printed materials if provided in advance.
Additional documents (e.g., export forms or customs declarations) are available for an extra fee.

Can I work without automatic integration?

Yes, you can submit orders manually through our system or send them via CSV files.
This is convenient for small volumes or during a trial period.
You can switch to full integration at any time later.

Does Treeberg offer product distribution?

Treeberg is primarily a fulfillment provider.
We take on distribution only in exceptional cases — when we see strong product potential and shared values.
If your brand aligns with our mission, we’re happy to discuss the opportunity.

What kind of brands do you consider for distribution?

We’re interested in brands that focus on quality, sustainability, and long-term collaboration.
We’re especially open to products for children, home, and pets that meet European standards.
We evaluate the product, packaging, positioning, and market potential in Germany.

What marketing materials can you provide?

We can provide photos and videos of the packaging process, fulfillment operations, and showroom presentations.
If needed, we can film your products at the warehouse or during order preparation.
We also offer technical info and logistics data for B2B use.

How can products be presented in your showroom?

If we see potential in your product and it aligns with our values of quality and sustainability, we can feature it in our showroom.
The showroom is open to buyers, distributors, and B2B partners.
We also offer the option for in-person meetings, video demos, and virtual presentations.
